Frequently Asked Questions
How much do menu items cost?
My goal is to serve some of the city’s best grilled sandwiches, sausages, brats, chicken gyros, Philly
steaks, veggie subs, salads and more at some of the best prices in town. Grilled sandwiches range from
$3 to $4.50, sandwich combos (including drink and chips) average $6.25, and fresh-to-order salads cost
$4.00 to $5.00. I’m also happy to create a custom menu for your next special occasion, event or
barbecue.

What are your hours of operation?
I cover the lunch rush, so my normal operating hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. I’m
also available for special events, catering and upon request. I work rain or shine unless the temperature
dips below 15°F or there’s excessive snowfall, and I shut down for major holidays. I may occasionally use
a personally trained, experienced cook to fill in for one or two weeks throughout the year for vacation.

What can you tell us about yourself?  How long have you been in the business?
I am a husband, father and entrepreneur from Pickerington. I’m actively involved in Boy Scouts, my
church and my local community. I’ve been self-employed for the better part of 24 years, first as a longhaul,
commercial truck driver, and now as sole proprietor of my catering business. I’m licensed, bonded,
insured and, more importantly, dedicated to serving fresh-cooked food fast.

Why should we choose Above It All Catering?
I guarantee great food at a fair price, cooked and served personally by me — with a smile, of course! — in
about a minute (per item).

What are your policies to ensure cleanliness and food safety?
Cleanliness and food safety are of the utmost importance to me. That’s why I buy my produce direct from
wholesalers who adhere to food safety standards. In addition to completing the Columbus Public Health
Department’s food safety workshop, I pride myself on keeping my brand-new, custom-built cart clean,
sanitary and well-maintained. As for your property, I subscribe to the Boy Scout motto of leaving the area
as clean, or cleaner, than I found it.
